Terms

The short, plain version of the rules for using Christmas List.

What Christmas List is

Christmas List is an AI gift-finding assistant. Its suggestions are for general information and are provided “as is.” We work to keep them useful and current, but products, prices and availability change, and the AI can make mistakes.

Not professional advice

Nothing on Christmas List is medical, legal or financial advice. Descriptions of health and wellness products repeat how their makers market them and are not a diagnosis, a treatment or a substitute for a doctor.

Purchases happen elsewhere

We don't sell products. When you buy through a link, payment, shipping and returns are handled entirely by the shop under its own terms. We may earn a commission, as described on the disclosure page.

Fair use

Please use Christmas List as a person would. Don't scrape it, automate it, or try to get it to do things other than help you find gifts. We limit how fast it can be used to keep it available for everyone.

Names and images

Product names and images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products recommended.
